AI System Accurately Diagnoses Autism in Children Using Retinal Images
A Korean team used AI to accurately identify retinal images for diagnosing autistic children. The autism diagnostic tool passed tests on human subjects, allowing for earlier diagnosis which provides more help. Further research is needed to determine accuracy in younger children.
